Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary school students aged 8 to 12 years, including those with normal vision and those with poor vision; 2. Primary school students with bad eye use habits, such as using mobile phones or tablets for too long (>=3 hours); 3. Students' parents or guardians signed the informed consent for this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from infectious and traumatic eye diseases, and those who have eye surgery for less than 3 months; 2. Patients with internal and external eye diseases such as cornea, lens, vitreous and fundus lesions; 3. Patients with hyperopia; 4. Patients suffering from diseases of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 5. Patients with allergies; 6. Patients with blood sickness; 7. Patients who take substances related to the tested function in a short period of time, which may affect the judgment of the result; 8. Long-term use of drugs, health care products or other treatment methods to treat vision that have not been terminated; 9. Patients who do not eat the test products as required, or have incomplete data that affect efficacy or safety judgment.
