Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults between 38 and 75 years old. 2. In line with the diagnostic criteria for osteoarthritis established by the American Academy of Rheumatology in 2009, knee pain plus radiological evidence within the past month and at least one of the following: morning stiffness is less than 30 minutes; there is friction/sound when the knee is moving . 3. X-ray evidence of knee osteoarthritis is 1, 2, 3, or 4 points (keligren lawrence radiology score): 0 (normal) no abnormalities in the joints; 1 (suspected) joint space can be narrowed, there may be Osteophytes; 2 (mild) there are obvious osteophytes, and the joint space can be narrowed; 3 (moderate) moderate osteophytes, the joint space is narrowed obviously, with sclerotic changes; 4 (severe) a large number of osteophytes, the joints gap is significantly narrowed, severely hardened and deformed. 4. The hemoglobin concentration is higher than 11 g/dL, and the platelet count is higher than 150,000/uL.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute, infectious diseases (including local skin infections) or other systemic diseases; 2. Knee joint function is affected by other neurological or musculoskeletal diseases, such as stroke, fracture and rheumatoid arthritis; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. There are severe heart and lung diseases and severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 5. History of knee surgery, received intra-articular injection therapy in the past 6 months; 6. Combined with cognitive impairment or mental disorder, unable to cooperate with treatment or follow-up; 7. Severe varus deformity of the knee joint, with varus greater than 5 degree.
