45 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.OA patients undergoing primary total knee arthroplasty, especially those with patellofemoral arthritis; 2.Those who voluntarily choose to use Legion II knee prosthesis provided by Smith & Nephew; 3.Those who live in the urban area of Xi 'an and its surrounding counties; 4.Those who agree to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent patellar resurfacing after primary TKA, or one-stage bilateral TKA; 2.Patients with severe varus deformity (>= 20 degree) or joint instability requiring the use of restrictive prosthesis; 3.The knee flexion contracture deformity can not be performed by axial X-ray examination of patella; 4.Patients with severe extrarticular deformity and TKA could not be corrected successfully; 5.Patella thickness less than 22 mm; 6.Drug or alcohol addicts, psychosomatic diseases.
