Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cohort study inclusive criteria: 1. Diagnosis of asthma, bronchial asthma, allergic asthma based of the clinical record either inwards or outwards in the previous last year; 2. New diagnosis of asthma, bronchial asthma, allergic asthma; 3. Above 18 years old; 4. Completed pulmonary function test within 1 month after diagnosis. Subgroup analysis inclusive criteria: 1. New diagnosis of moderate and severe allergic asthma; 2. Above 18 years old; 3. Small airway disease diagnosed by pulmonary function test within 1 month after diagnosis; 4. Complete CT scan within 1 month after diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cohort study exclusive criteria: 1. Pregnancy women; 2. Incomplete medical information; 3. Incompatible with follow-up visits. Subgroup analysis exclusive criteria: 1. Pregnancy women; 2. Incompatible with follow-up visits.
