Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) had left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) >= 30%, no left atrial thrombus, no myocardial infarction in recent 4 weeks, and no conduction block in ECG; 2. Cardiac function was grade II - IV; 3. All patients had no history of cardiac surgery, no electrolyte or acid-base disturbance; 4. Age was more than 60 years old; 5. All patients or family members voluntarily participated in the experiment and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined infectious diseases; 2. ASA > grade III; 3. Severe heart failure in recent three months; 4. Allergic to dexmedetomidine and other drugs in this study; 5. Allergic to any drug; 6. History of local or systemic hormone therapy; 7. Central nervous system diseases; 8. Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases, metabolic diseases, dehydration etc..
