Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elderly inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years; 2. The first time staying in an elderly care institution and staying in an elderly care institution for less than 1 year; 3. Short Portable Mental Status Questionnaire (SPMSQ) score >= 7 points; 4. Informed consent, voluntarily participate in this study. Inclusion criteria for family caregivers: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Be a family member of the elderly and take care of the elderly as the main caregiver for >= 3 months; 3. Have good communication skills. Inclusion criteria for nursing staff in elderly care institutions: 1. First-line elderly care workers; 2. Engaged in nursing care for the elderly for 1 year or more.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Elderly exclusion criteria: people suffering from severe mental disorders, hearing and language dysfunction. Exclusion criteria for nursing staff in nursing homes: 1. External honorary nursing staff who do not participate in specific elderly care work; 2. Those on vacation.
