Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with early stage heart failure or heart failure after non-cardiac surgery; 2. Good compliance with the survey and can complete the assessment. 3. Patients who have received surgery at multi-department meetings have benefited more than conservative treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with circulatory failure due to non-cardiovascular factors during the operation; 2. Cognitive impairment, hearing impairment, mental or neurological diseases; 3. Those who need other operations due to their condition after the operation; 4. Allergic to all necessary anesthetics.
