Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >=18 years; 2.Maximum diameter of benign solid thyroid nodules >= 4cm; 3.Patients have neck pain, neck foreign body sensation and other discomfort, or neck enlargement affect the appearance; 4.Patients worried about malignant change of nodules, with greater psychological pressure; 5.Thyroid nodules were proved to be benign tumors by ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy and pathology.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The large thyroid nodule is located posterior to the sternum; 2.Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 3.Patients with severe heart and lung diseases and poor control of severe hypertension; 4.Patients with severe neck skin infection foci; 5.Patients with contralateral vocal cord dysfunction; 6.The pathological results of puncture biopsy are malignant or inconclusive.
