Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for disabled elderly: 1. Aged >= 60 years; 2. Katz-Activities of Daily Living (Katz-ADL) score = 3 months; 4. Have good communication skills. Inclusion criteria for family caregivers: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Be a family member of the disabled elderly, and take care of the elderly as the main caregiver for >= 3 months; 3. Have good communication skills. Inclusion criteria for community workers: 1. Service and management personnel of relevant agencies in the community who often have direct contact with the elderly and provide door-to-door services; 2. Engaged in serving the elderly for >= 1 year; 3. Have good communication skills.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for disabled elderly: 1. Those who have a history of mental illness or mental illness; 2. End-stage patients with severe liver and kidney diseases; 3. Those who have recently experienced other major life events. Exclusion criteria for family caregivers: 1. Past mental illness and cognitive impairment; 2. Those who do not agree to be surveyed. Community staff exclusion criteria: 1. Those who cannot participate in the survey on vacation; 2. Those who are unwilling to participate in the survey.
