Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with "probable AD" diagnosed by professionals based on the NIA-AA (2011) standard, with mild to moderate severity and MMSE score of 10~26; or MCI patients (MOCA= 60 years; 3. Live in the community; 4. Both patients and caregivers are willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe physical impairment: (1) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency: such as NYHA heart function class III or IV heart failure patients; acute coronary syndrome; ventricular arrhythmia; acute myocarditis and pericarditis; or the past 6 months Stable clinical symptoms, such as fractures, deep vein thrombosis, unhealed ulcers (especially in diabetic patients), joint swelling, etc.; (2) Patients with high risk of osteoporosis (OSTA = 24 points), severe liver and kidney disease, cancer, alcohol or drug dependence; 3. Patients who have taken drugs related to dementia treatment (such as Exelen, Arrisen, Memantine, etc.) for less than 3 months and whose condition is in an unstable phase; and take other drugs that affect cognition (such as antipsychotics) every day Drugs, anticholinergic drugs).
