Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. All parts of the scalp are damaged due to trauma, and part of the scalp needs to be removed due to bedsores, scalp masses, and poor healing of the incision. 3. The defect wound cannot be closed directly, the pinch test is positive, or the direct closing tension is high.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart and lung disease, uncontrolled diabetes, severe malnutrition (Hb < 70g/l, Alb < 30g/l); 2. The wound is not suitable for skin stretcher treatment due to infection, acute inflammation, obvious swelling, and poor blood supply; 3. The patient refused skin stretcher treatment.
