Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The preoperative IPSS score is moderate to severe LUTS and has significantly affected the quality of life or the drug treatment is ineffective; 2. Complications such as urinary retention, repeated hematuria, repeated urinary tract infections, bladder stones, and upper urinary tract hydrops caused by BPH; 3. BPH combined with inguinal hernia, severe hemorrhoids or anal prolapse; 4. Those who have regular life and normal ejaculation function; 5. Agree and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous prostate surgery or lower urinary tract surgery; 2. Confirmed prostate cancer or tPSA > 10ng/ml; 3. Preoperative IIEF score < 21; 4. Detrusor muscle contraction is weak or overactive; 5. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or mental disorders.
