Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years; 2. With acute infection disease; 3. Hospitalized patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to complete the questionnaire and follow-up due to various reasons (such as severe cognitive impairment, deafness, non-Chinese language, etc.); 2. Advanced tumor; 3. The expected survival time is less than 1 year; 4. Refuse to sign the informed consent.
