Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. The intended ablation lesion is pathologically confirmed as primary cell lung cancer or lung metastases, and the primary tumor has been completely resected in patients with lung metastases; 3. The number of lung lesions <= 3 (except for patients with multiple primary lung cancer); 4. The size of pulmonary lesions were <= 3 cm; 5. The patient refuses surgery or is considered unsuitable for surgery; 6. Patients refuse or are considered unsuitable for chemoradiotherapy, do not respond to previous chemoradiotherapy or progress after chemoradiotherapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiac pacemaker, defibrillator implantation; 2. Patients with contraindications to bronchoscopic surgery; 3. Women of childbearing age with positive pregnancy test, lactating women; 4. Thin-section CT scan suggests the lack of bronchial direction or adjacent lesion characteristics; 5. Patients who are not suitable for this trial in the opinion of the investigator.
