Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with cognitive impairment in the general outpatient department of neurology, memory outpatient department and sleep disorder outpatient department, the diagnostic criteria of cognitive impairment were based on the diagnostic criteria of cognitive impairment proposed in the 2018 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Dementia and Cognitive Disorder in China, which mainly included Alzheimer's disease (Alzheimer's disease).AD), DLB (dementia with Lewy body, DLB), dementia, Parkinson's disease (Parkinson diseases with dementia,PDD), frontotemporal lobar degeneration (FTLD), and vascular dementia,VAD), normal pressure hydrocephalus, and dementia caused by other diseases such as craniocerebral injury, infection, immunity, tumor, intoxication, and metabolic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With cerebrovascular disease (cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage), hyperlipidemia, diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, thyroid disorders, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, malnutrition, chronic diarrhea, severe liver and kidney function is not complete, carbon monoxide poisoning, craniocerebral trauma, alcoholism, glaucoma, cataract, blind, and mental illness.
