Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Need to go through the "Yubi-wakka" (finger-ring) test preliminary screening; 2. The age is between 50 and 70 years old; 3. Be classified as obese (BMI >= 23 kg/m^2); 4. Instrumental activities of daily living scale (IADL) <18 points; 5. Have certain reading comprehension and communication skills, and be able to cooperate in completing the scale evaluation; 6. The subjects were informed and volunteered to sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from severe organ failure, severe heart, cerebrovascular disease, musculoskeletal system disease and other exercise contraindications and not suitable for bow exercise; 2. There are serious complications of stroke, such as severe lung infection, shoulder-hand syndrome, lower limb venous embolism, etc.; 3. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney failure, malignant tumors and other major diseases; 4. There are metal substances in the body, and there may be space claustrophobia, etc.; 5. Patients who have visual/hearing impairment or writing/reading impairment that affect training and evaluation; 6. Patients who are participating in other research trials that affect the results of this research.
