Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years, no gender limits; 2. Patients who met the International Classification of Headache Disorders-3 criteria (ICHD-3), onset age =1 year, no more than one episode of tension headache per month is allowed; 3. Patent foramen ovale (with or without atrial septal defect, atrial septal tumor, etc.) was confirmed by transesophageal echocardiography; 4. Signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other types of headache who cannot be identified or do not meet the diagnostic criteria for migraine; 2. Patients who previously diagnosed as patent foramen ovale or atrial septal defect and have received interventional occlusion; 3. Transesophageal ultrasound contraindications; 4. Patients who has a severe organic disease or tumor or other disease and is expected to survive less than 2 years; 5. Inability to complete follow-up due to geographical or other reasons (alcoholism, drug abuse or dementia and mental illness, etc.); 6. Contraindication of MRI examination; 7. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials.
