Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnoses of stroke had been confirmed by brain CT or MRI, and the lesions were located within the left hemispheric Broca Area. 2. Meet the WAB non-fluency aphasia diagnostic criteria: aphasia <93.8 points, language fluency test 0-4 points. 3. The Severity of Aphasia Scale is assessed as a moderate to severe aphasia. 4. Patients with onset time of 1-12 weeks. 5. Patients younger than 80 years old and above elementary school education. 6. No history of epilepsy, severe heart disease or other serious physical diseases. 7. All patients are right-handed. 8. The patient and family members signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unclear consciousness and serious cognitive impairment can not cooperate. 2. Past language barriers, and current stroke accompanied by severe dysarthria. 3. Language disorders caused by other neurodegenerative diseases. 4. There are contraindications to repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation, such as implantation of metal objects in the body, VP shunt in the brain, history of epilepsy, etc. 5. The patient and his family members do not receive treatment.
