Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Signed written informed consent; 2. According to the definition of diagnostic criteria, STEMI was diagnosed; 3. Aged 18-70 years; 4. Single vessel lesion; 5. Emergency PCI was performed within 6 hours after chest pain, and the blood flow recovered to TIMI 3; 6. There was no new or recurrent chest pain, no obvious signs of decompensation of heart failure, no new arrhythmia or ECG changes within 8 hours before the investigation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 2. Postoperative complications such as bleeding, embolism, hemodynamic changes, arrhythmia and heart failure occurred; 3. Any situation (such as mental disorder) that the researchers think can significantly limit the completion of in-hospital exercise rehabilitation patients and can not complete the discharge follow-up; 4. Severe comorbid diseases that may limit short-term (6 months) life expectancy have emerged.
