Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All selected patients meet the permanent pacemaker implantation category I or IIa indications formulated by the American College of Cardiology/American Heart Association (ACC/AHA) in 2008, and this is the first time a pacemaker is implanted in the patient; 2. Preoperative echocardiographic examinations suggest that there is no tricuspid regurgitation or mild tricuspid regurgitation (regurgitation = 18 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a single-chamber pacemaker or implanted ICD or CRT for pacing at the atrium; 2. The patient has undergone other heart-related operations before implantation, such as valve replacement or repair; 3. The patient has other serious problems Organic heart disease or non-heart disease that affects the shape or function of the heart, such as tricuspid valve depression, extensive myocardial infarction, etc.; 4. Patients with chronic lung disease and connective tissue disease, uremia, life expectancy 90 years old.
