Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female, aged >= 20 and < 40 years; 2. IVF or ICSI, and fresh embryo transfer; 3. Controlled hyperstimulation (COH) using GnRH-A long regimen, GnRH-A short regimen or GnRH antagonist regimen; 4. 1-2 cleavage embryos or 1 blastocyst are to be transplanted; 5. Voluntarily signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous implantation failure for more than 3 times; 2. Untreated uterine diseases that clearly affect the shape of the uterine cavity, including(uterine malformation, submucosal fibroids, adenomyosis, endometriosis, etc.). 3. Untreated endometritis, acute pelvic inflammation, mycotic vaginitis, bacterial vaginitis, adnexitis, hydrosalpinx, or other systemic infections; 4. Those who wish to undergo Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis/ Screening (PGD/PGS) or donor embryo transfer; 5. Chronic diseases associated with adverse pregnancy outcomes, such as hypertension, clinically symptomatic heart disease, diabetes, liver disease, kidney disease, severe anemia, history of venous thrombosis, history of pulmonary embolism or cerebrovascular events, and malignant tumors; 6. Received Chinese medicine treatment aiming to regulate menstruation and promote pregnancy in recent one month, such as acupuncture, Chinese medicine decoction pieces or Chinese patent medicine.
