Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Histologically confirmed colorectal cancer; 3. Complete second-line chemotherapy and molecular targeted therapy; 4. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group(ECOG) performance status 0-1; 5. At least one measurable lesion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A past history of checkpoint inhibitor-based immunotherapies; 2. Severe cardiovascular, hepatic, or renal disease; 3. Current infection; 4. Acupuncture or moxibustion treatment within 1 month before the trial; 5. Autoimmune disease.
