Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-80 years; 2.First onset of stabford type B aortic dissection; 3.The onset of aortic dissection was more than 14 days; 4.Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with connective tissue disease; 2.Complicated Stanford B aortic dissection requiring emergency operation; 3.Malignant tumor or serious adverse health event unrelated to vascular disease, life expectancy less than 2 years; 4.Pregnant patients; 5.Contrast agent allergy, various reasons can not use anticoagulants.
