Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Males and females aged 17-35 years; 2.PHQ-9>5 or GAD-7>5; 3.Fully understand the purpose, method, process, possible discomfort and risk of the experiment, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of definite suicidal ideation or behavior; 2.Received any form of treatment for depression within the past year.
