18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Women who have sex in the age range of 18 to 70 years old; 2.No cervical screening project has been done in the past 3 to 5 years; 3.High-risk HPV DNA 16/18 (+) typing is positive; 4.All patients underwent liquid-based cytology, HPV DNA typing, HPV E6/E7 mRNA detection, and colposcopy biopsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.After the previous detection of HPV typing-positive drugs turned negative for treatment; 2.Patients with previous cervical precancerous lesions (CIN I/II/III) after surgery; 3.Patients who have a complete uterus resection due to benign or malignant diseases or have a history of pelvic radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 4.Women during pregnancy or lactation; 5.History of severe systemic chronic diseases; 6.A recent history of hormone use, such as taking contraceptives, glucocorticoids, etc.; 7.Patients taking immunosuppressive agents, such as those infected with HIV.
