Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acl injury; 2. Patients with meniscus injury; 3. Patients with medial plica syndrome.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The presence of underlying immune-related diseases; 2. Knee joint fracture caused by trauma; 3. Obvious abnormalities in general test indicators; 4. A penchant for alcohol and tobacco; 5. Severe organic lesions in patients with neurological and psychiatric disorders, pregnant women or related medical history; 6. Other researchers who participated in this study within three months.
