Traditional group: The vertical distance from the puncture point to the right third anterior rib space was taken as the depth of catheterization
Control group:The Length of catheter was according to the location of negative P wave plus 1 cm

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient who need long term hemodialysis catheterization via right internal jugular vein: 2.Normal coagulation function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Thrombus or stenosis in the vena cava or superior vena cava at the puncture site; 2.Infection in the puncture site; 2.With heart valve disease or history of heart surgery; 2.With cardiac pacemaker.
