Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki, the International Code of Medical Ethics, the approval of the Ethics Committee and the informed consent of the volunteers. 1.49 cases of football team and track and field team of our school of physical education were selected. 31 cases took less than 3000 steps every day and spent more than 6 hours lying down. 2.Aged between 18 and 35 years; 3.College education or above; 4.Signing the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of digestive system diseases, including ulcerative colitis and crohn's disease, etc.); 2.Vascular, traumatic, medically induced decline in motor function; 3.Unstable or severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, renal or hematopoietic system disease (including unstable angina, uncontrollable asthma, active gastric bleeding, cancer, etc.); 4.Use of any antibiotics and alcohol abuse in the last month.
