Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.A person diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease (senile dementia) by a doctor; 2.Aged 50-85 years; 3.Has a certain degree of education and cooperates with research procedures; 4.Has sufficient visual and auditory discrimination to undergo neuropsychological tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of strokePatients with a history of stroke; 2Other neurological diseases that may cause brain dysfunction (such as normal cranial pressure hydrocephalus, brain tumors, Parkinson's disease, encephalitis, etc.); 3.Vascular dementia or other causes of dementia; 4.Cognitive impairment due to head trauma; 5.Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction, acute infection or severe infectious diseases; 6.Patients with toxic encephalopathy; 7.A history of mental illness or congenital mental retardation; 8.Taking special drugs; 9.Depression; 10.Antibiotics and probiotic products (including long-term consumption of yogurt and probiotic drinks) in the last 3 months; 11.Identified as alcohol or drug dependent within the past 6 months.
