Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A total of 80 hypertensive patients (SBP>=140mmHg or DBP>=90mmHg after admission, requiring controlled hypotension) who underwent ophthalmic surgery under retrobulbar nerve block anesthesia in our hospital from April 2021 to May 2021 were selected. They had hypertension grade 1~3, ASA grade I~II, aged 40~70 years old, regardless of gender.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients allergic to benzodiazepines or dexmedetomidine; 2.Schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease and other neuropsychiatric diseases before surgery; 3.Any cerebrovascular accidents, such as stroke and transient ischemic attack (TIA), occurred within 3 months; 4.History of abuse of sedatives, antidepressants, psychoactive drugs, and alcoholism; 5.Severe impairment of liver and kidney and other important organs; 6.Other researchers consider it inappropriate to include in the study.
