Interventions

group 1:After surgery, uterine balloon was placed for 4 weeks

group 2:After surgery, uterine balloon was placed for 6 weeks

group 3:After surgery, uterine balloon was placed for 8 weeks

20 Years to 38 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 20-38 years; 2.BMI 18.5-30 Kg/m^2; 3.Moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions, preoperative AFS score >= 5 points; 4.Patients with regular menstrual cycle, 21-35 days; 5.Patients with fertility requirements; 6.Preoperative examination except for endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial cancer, uterine fibroids, etc.; 7.Volunteer to join the study, agree to the treatment plan and postoperative follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of genital tuberculosis; 2.Complicated with severe internal and surgical diseases; 3.Have hormone use contraindications, cannot use estrogen treatment after operation.
