Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.60 patients who received elective unilateral femoral fracture surgery and general anesthesia in the Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College from May 2020 to August 2020; 2.Aged 18-80 years; 3.ASA grade I~III, BMI18.5~23.9kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Shock or coma; 2.Abnormal heart, lung, liver, kidney and coagulation function; 3.Intended block area infection, severe nerve injury of the block side limb; 4.Patients with a history of analgesic drugs for chronic pain, a history of psychotropic substance use, a history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and contraindications to NSAIDs; 5.Patients with allergies to local anesthetics such as lidocaine, ropivacaine and general anesthesia; 6.Patients and their families refused surgical anesthesia.
