Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary open-angle glaucoma: 1.Patients with primary open-angle glaucoma; 2.The refractive medium is transparent; 3.The age is more than 18 years old and less than 45 years old. Normal control group: 1.The refractive medium is transparent; 2.The age is more than 18 years old and less than 45 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Primary open-angle glaucoma with other eye diseases; 2.The refractive medium is turbid, which affects the observation of the fundus; 3.Patients who cannot fix their eyes; 4.High hyperopia or nearsightedness (more than or equal to spherical lens diopter +8.00D or -8.00D); 5.Pathological changes of cornea or retina; 6.Suffer from cardiovascular and other major systemic diseases; 7.Persons with incapacity and limited capacity.
