18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-60 years, male or female; 2.Clinically confirmed talus cartilage injury, accompanied by pain, is ineffective after conservative treatment for more than 3 months; 3.Preoperative magnetic resonance evaluation indicated that the lesion range of talus cartilage was less than 100mm^2; 4.Patients underwent arthroscopic microfracture surgery; 5.Patients are willing and able to comply with the planning, rehabilitation, nursing, and follow-up protocols of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous surgery on the affected foot and ankle; 2.The patient has diabetes; 3.Has an autoimmune disease and is in an active stage; 4.Mental disorder or any mental disorder that affects the patient's behavior.
