Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with Parkinsons disease were selected from the Department of Neurology, Tongji Hospital. The inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed as Parkinsons disease; 2.Hoehn and Yahr grades are 2 to 4; 3.The score of Montreal Cognitive Assessment equals or greater than 22 points, patients can Understand the training program and evaluation instructions; 4.Use the Edinburgh Handedness Inventory to determine the right-handed hand; 5.Patients are in the "on" state of medication use; 6.Volunteer participation, good compliance. Healthy people were selected from the family members of patients in the hospital. The inclusion criteria were: 1.Good health and no history of neurological diseases; 2.Age matching with Parkinson's disease patients; 3.Effective communication and good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.With severe heart, lung, and kidney system diseases; 2.Other neurological or orthopedic diseases that may affect hand movement; 3.Severe hearing impairment, unable to communicate effectively.
