Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >=18 years; 2.The patient was diagnosed with choledocholithiasis by ultrasound, CT or MRCP, and the final diagnosis was made by ERCP imaging. The end of the common bile duct was confirmed to be unable to expand to 1.0cm due to stenosis, and the angiographic diameter of the common bile duct stone was > 1.0cm; 3.Willing to treat patients who refuse surgery through ERCP; 4.Willing to have multiple operations and long-term visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Life expectancy less than half a year; 2.Have serious heart and lung disease, unable to tolerate surgery; 3.Pancreas, biliary tract and duodenal malignancy; 4.Patients with stenosis and malignant changes found during follow-up; 5.Severe biliary tract infection; 6.Surgery failure; 7.Participate in other researchers.
