Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who undergoes elective craniotomy in the Neurosurgery Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from May 1, 2021 to June 31, 2020 were selected. They are ageing between 18 and 60 years old, planning to receive general anesthesia, expecting operation time was longer than 3 hours, ASA grade I or II, and body mass index are between 20 and 25kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Surgery time less than 3 hour, preoperative neurological defects or neuromuscular transmission obstacles, contraindications to cortical stimulation (seizures, cardiac pacemaker), preoperative left ventricular ejection fraction of less than 30%; 2.Severe aortic regurgitation or arrhythmia, severe obstructive or restrictive ventilatory dysfunction, 3.preoperative exist serious infection; 4.Emergency surgery; 5.She is in pregnancy or lactation; 6.Known to be allergic to inhaled anesthetics; 7.There are circumstances that require emergency treatment during the operation, such as massive bleeding (3000mL), severe allergic reaction, and cardiac arrest; 8.Cases where monitoring (such as SEPs, MEPs, and BIS) could not be performed due to the specific surgical site were also excluded.
