Acute stage experimental group:Calcitriol capsule 0.25ug/ time, once/day combined with conventional treatment
Acute stage control group:Placebo combined with conventional treatment
Stable period experimental group:Calcitriol capsule 0.25ug/ time, once/day combined with conventional treatment
Stable period control group:Placebo combined with conventional treatment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients clinically diagnosed as acute phase and stable phase with moderate to severe COPD should meet the diagnostic criteria of the Gold Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (revised 2019); 2.Serum 25(OH)D level less than 25 nmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, pulmonary interstitial diseases, bronchial asthma; 2.Recent oral history of vitamin D, contraindications to taking vitamin D (such as hypervitamin D, hypercalcemia, hyperphosphatemia with renal rickets); 3.Mental disorders who are unable to cooperate.
