Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients with simple obesity met the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine that 28kg/m2<= BMI< 32kg/m2 , and met the traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria of damp-heat constitution; 2. Between the ages of 18 and 60, regardless of gender; 3. No use of diet pills and other methods of losing weight in the past 2 months; 4. Voluntary participation and ability to cooperate with clinical indicators test, sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with serious primary diseases such as severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency, and blood system diseases; 2. Suffer from serious mental illness; 3. People with severe allergies or recent history of infection; 4. People with skin ulcers.
