18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who plan to undergo fiberoptic bronchoscopy and/or treatment under laryngeal mask ventilation; 2. Age 18-65 years old, no gender limit; 3. Body mass index (BMI) 18.5-28kg/m2; 4. The American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I, II, and III; 5. Volunteer to participate and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a history of serious heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and metabolic diseases; 2. Those who have a history of abnormal surgical anesthesia recovery; 3. ECG prompt: heart rate 180mmHg and (or) diastolic blood pressure >110mmHg, or hypotension patients <90/60mmHg; 6. People with neuromuscular system diseases or mental illnesses; 7. Patients suffering from esophageal reflux disease; 8. Suspected of abuse of narcotic analgesics or sedatives; 9. Those who predict that difficult airways may or have occurred; 10. Participated in other drug trials within three months.
