60 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients and their legal representatives voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent; 2. Hospitalized in our hospital and underwent elective noncardiac surgery; 3. Over 60 years old, regardless of gender; 4. No sedative drugs were taken before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with important organ dysfunction: including severe liver and kidney dysfunction, brain organic diseases, NYHA >= grade III, coagulation dysfunction, sick sinus syndrome, degree II or above atrioventricular block; 2. Contraindications for the use of remimazolam; 3. Patients considered unsuitable by other researchers.
