Inclusion criteria: For telemedicine extension of a brick-and-mortar hospital: 1.Selected into Fudan University annual ranking list for China's best hospitals; 2.Providing DTCT services to China-based patients; 3.The language used for the consultation is Chinese. For third party telemedicine platforms: 1.Ranking in the top 50 of the Internet Medical Website Activity Ranking; 2.Providing DTCT services to China-based patients; 3.The language used for the consultation is Chinese.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Service did not cover the taget diseases; 2.Services are only accessible to a specific population.
