Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The subject has subjective breathing difficulties or dyspnea; 2. The extent of the damaged lung; the subject's ipsilateral lung is less than half of the lung damaged. If lung fissure can be identified on CT, at least no more than two lung lobes can be damaged in the right lung, and no more than one lung lobe can be damaged in the left lung; 3. The age of the subjects ranges from 18 to 80 years old; 4. The subject is selected as the result of the preliminary screening of lung damage based on CT scan, regardless of the cause of the lung damage, disease stage or whether the subject has received treatment in the past; 5. PaO2 < 90mmHg during screening.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Females with pregnancy or breast breeding are excluded. 2. Acute heart dysfunction (BNP > 2000). 3. Acute coronary syndrome. 4. Blood clotting diseases including thrombosis and stroke. 5. Circulation problems which prevent blood gas drawing in the radial artery. 6. Renal failure or those with dialysis. 7. Severe anaemia (haemoglobin < 6 g/dL).
