Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Evidence of infection + SOFA score > 2 or clinical diagnosis of sepsis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged under 18 years; 2. During pregnancy; 3. Died within 24 hours after being transferred to the ICU; 4. Combined with other immunosuppressive situations: (1) After receiving an organ transplant; (2) HIV positive; (3) Have a history of chemotherapy and radiotherapy in the recent 6 weeks; (4) Severe head trauma (GCS < 8 points).
