Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Transplant patients with clinically confirmed AML and MDS, male and female; 2.Ability to understand and willing to sign the informed consent form of this trial; 3.Willing to cooperate with the project for clinical follow-up and follow-up, and agreeing to use the above data to assist later research and development, project presentation and clinical diagnosis and treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with extramedullary lesions; 2.Drug abuse and long-term alcohol abuse that affect the evaluation of test results; 3.With serious heart, lung, liver, disease; 4.The investigator judged that it was not suitable for participants in this trial.
