Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the Rotterdam definition, PCOS is characterised by at least two of the following features: 1.Hyperandrogenism (clinical or biochemical); 2.Oligo-anovulation; 3.Polycystic ovarian morphology.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy; 2.Antibiotics, probiotics and traditional Chinese medicine were taken within 30 days before sampling.
