40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-65 years, ASA I-II grade; 2. It is planned to receive general anesthesia and laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a history of allergy to drugs related to anesthesia and analgesia; 2. Severe COPD; after lobectomy; abnormal abdominal anatomy; patients with a history of abuse of mental and analgesic drugs; 3. With difficult airways, those who are addicted to alcohol and drugs, those who are obese (BMI >= 26), those who are allergic to soy substances, and those who suffer from respiratory and circulatory insufficiency.
