Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical patients who meet the indications for flap transplantation and have no contraindications for surgery; 2. The gender of the patient is not limited, aged 18-60 years old; 3. The affected area was treated with surgery for the first time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Examination of congenital brain disease or brain tissue damage; 2. Combined with cardiovascular disease, there is severe renal dysfunction or coagulation dysfunction; 3. Suffer from severe consciousness or psychological barrier; 4. The patient or his family members do not agree to be included in the group.
