30 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic lung surgery; 2. Age 30-65 years old, no gender limit; 3. ASA I-II grade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Take opioids before surgery; 2. Severe heart valve disease, cardiac insufficiency, arrhythmia; 3. Patients with vascular diseases, neurological diseases and liver and kidney dysfunction (liver enzymes>50% of normal, creatinine > 50% of normal); 4. Those who are allergic to ketamine, oxycodone, propofol or remifentanil; 5. People with mental disorders; 6. Patients with acid-base balance and electrolyte disturbances and shock; 7. Those who are unwilling or unable to use patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) devices, and unable to use numerical scores (NRS) and depression scores; 8. Those who are obese (BMI >= 30).
