18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: General anesthesia with tracheal intubation, age from 18 to 70, male or female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe organs dysfunction; 2.Sinus bradycardia; 3.Pituitary tumor, hormones abnormal or oral hormones; 4.Severe OSA; 5.Sensitive to dexmedetomidine; 6.Multiple operations(>=3).
